Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials necessary for the fabrication and installation of one, new fully operational 5-ton capacity jib crane at the small boat basin at the USCG Support Center, San Pedro. Work includes, Ensuring proper location for the jib crane, Excavate the required area for jib crane foundation, Shore up sides of excavated foundation site to prevent soil collapse; Compact soil at the base of the excavation; Deposit aggregate gravel base material and compact; Form-up and install reinforcing bars and threaded jib crane anchor bolt; Pour concrete; Install and secure jib crane on foundation; Install motorized trolley and 5-ton capacity chain hoist and all accessories; Install and connect all electrical devices; check jib crane rotation, motorized trolley and chain hoist for proper operation; And Perform and operational load test on the 5-ton Capacity chain hoist. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Contract. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program and is open emerging small businesses. The applicable SIC code is 1799.
