Z -- REPLACE TRANSFORMERS & MISCELLANEOUS ELECTRICAL WORK AT NSA MEMPHIS, MILLINGTON, TN SOL N62467-95-C-E214. Due 042496. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision Necessary for replacing 3, 150 KVA (12.47KV-120/280V secondary) unit substations w/3 300 KVA and replacing 4, 750 KVA substation type transformers (12.47KV-277/480) all w/``High Fire Point'' type units. In addition the work will involve adding approximately 600 ``hold-down'' bails to existing ``Load break Elbows'' (some on transformers, some on multi-point junctions in manholes, and some in pad mounted gear). The work shall include replacement of a small section of 3P, 15KV UG cable, new riser materials as well as other ancillary work incidental to completion of the project. Time for completion is 180 calendar days. Cost estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is a firm fixed price construction project. Solicitation will issue on or about March 25, 1996.
