All work is to performed at CDC Facilities, Clifton Road Campus, Atlanta, Georgia. Part A - Building 1 South: Demolish an existing exterior concrete slab and construct a new 6'' thick, steel reinforced, concrete pad. Building 5: Demolish existing asphalt pavement and construct a new 6'' thick, steel reinforced, concrete pad. Part B - Building 6: Remove an existing 24'' wide concrete trench drain at a loading dock and install a new cast-in-place concrete trench with concrete pavement aprons installed at each side at appropriate level with respect to the adjacent asphalt.
