Units shall be a nominal 5 to 1 ratio, continuous duty, suitable for 700 horsepower at 1760 RPM. The four (4) heat exchangers shall be single pass in-line type suitable for installing into a 4 IPS engine coolant return line with Dresser type couplings on the water side. This will be an unrestricted procurement. To qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the number of employees of a concern and its affiliates must not exceed 500.
