SOL DADA18-96-R-0002 DUE 043095 POC Contract Specialist LINDA HORN (210) 221-3810 (Site Code DADA18) The Garrison Contracting Office at Ft Sam Houston intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, with Organizational Design Inc., 8603 Connemara, Boerne, TX for a study of the organizational structure and underlying work of various activities within the Ft Sam Houston Garrison, applying Organizational Design Principles (SST). The Stratified Systems Theory (SST) of organizational analysis and design has been utilized in both past and current on-going studies of the re-organization of the Army Medical Department (the AMEDD). Due to the AMEDD reorganization, coupled with the MEDCOM assumption of command and control of Ft Sam Houston, it is necessary to continue to utilize SST for this project in order to ensure that consistency in the logical analysis and development of additional changes is maintained. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal within the established timeframe which will be considered by the Agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
