Interested firms that meet the qualifications must submit their SF 254 and SF 255 no later than 14 calendar days from the date of publication to the 182nd Airlift Wing, Attn: 1Lt. Craig Rezac, Illinois Air National Guard, 2420 West Loop Road, Peoria, Illinois 61607-5012. This announcement changes the order of the evaluation criteria. Significant evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: 1. Professional qualifications of the A/E firm with respect to performance on Department of Defense contracts. 2. Capacity to accomplish designs within the required time. 3. Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. 4. Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required. 5. Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by the Department of Defense. 6. Location of the firm within a 25 mile radius of Peoria Airport, Peoria, Illinois. This project will be open to both large and small business, but the National Guard welcomes small business firms, women-owned business firms and firms that have not had prior DoD contracts. (075)
