FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to acquire, through full and open competitive procedures, ''Per-Call'' maintenance of Government-owned Sun Computer Equipment located at the following CONUS and OCONUS Shipyards and Naval Activities: Long Beach NSY; Norfolk NSY; Pearl Harbaor NSY; Portsmouth NSY, NH; Puget Sound NSY; SEADDSA, Indian Head, MD; and NAVSEALOG, NWS Concord, CA. Maintenance will be required for a base period from date of award through 30 Sep 1997, plus three (3), one (1) year renewal options. The ''per-call'' maintenance will consist of two levels, ''Standard'' and ''Premimum''. The Standard per-call maintenance will require a four (4) hour response of 0700-1700, and a twelve (12) normal weekday business hour ''turn-around time'' for repair of the unit. The Premium per-call maintenance will require a two (2) hour response time, with repairs performed within and outside the normal weekday business hours, and a ''turn-around time'' of six (6) consecutive hours.
