Synopsis No. 5070-96 (MA) This is a sole source reqirement to HELLFIRE System, Limited Liability Corporation, 5798 South Semoran Blvd., Orlando, FL 32822, to procure on-site depot level maintenance support for the Hellfire Modular Missile System. This effort consists of a contractor operated depot to provide repair of HELLFIRE Missiles, AGM-114A/B/C/F/K; the M36 Training Missile; and the HELLFIRE Seeker. The period of performance will began January 1997 and continue for 12 months with options for FY 98, FY99, and FY00, each continuing for 12 months. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
