Wage determinations have been requested for Fairbanks, Alaska; Anchorage, Alaska; Kenai, Alaska; Wasilla, Alaska; Worcester, Massachusetts; Sunset Hills, Missouri; So. Plainsield, New Jersey; Dallas, Texas; Houston, Texas; Manvel, Texas; Olympia, Washington; Issaquah, Washington; Seattle, Washington; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The contracting officer will request wage determinations for additional localities if asked to do so in writing no later than ten days after the issue date of this solicitation. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract, and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, in writing, from the Contracting Officer. Physical work on the turbine may not commence before 15 April 1997, and must be complete, with the turbine fully operational, by 16 September 1997. (0078)
