The invitation for bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 30 April 1996, and will open on or about 1 June 1996. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price for a base year with two option years. The IFB is unrestricted. The small business size standard is $8.0M and the Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 7382.
