The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure Engineering and Technical Services on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis from Physical Science Laboratory, Las Cruces, New Mexico. The services will be performed at the NAWCWPNS White Sands, New Mexico site in support of weapons test and evaluation and Research and Space Rockets launch operations. The contract type will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee and the period of performance is from 1 October 1996 through 31 March 1996. The contractor shall provide engineering and technical support services for (1) Installation, integration and testing, (2) Performance measurement and verification, (3) Documentation and configuration management, (4) Equipment operation and maintenance, (5) Equipment design, fabrication, installation and integration, (6) Computer program design, coding, compiling, documentation and testing, (7) Computer Programming and Data Reduction Center operation and maintenance, (8) Telemetry ground station operation and maintenance, (9) Telemetry data collection and data reduction, (11) Antenna fabrication, characterization and verification, (12) Target augmentation and instrumentation, (13) Firing test planning and operations conduct.
