It is anticipated that this contract will be for a term of one year covering the period July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997 with two option years through June 30, 1999. Successful offeror will be required to provide ability to electronically receive/transmit reports to the VAMC Syracuse, NY. Turn around time is as follows: 2 hours for STAT dictation, 24 hours for Operation reports and 48 hours for all others. Access must be 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Contractor must have the ability to submit daily and monthly line count reports, number of transcribed reports transmitted, identify reports by physician id and patient id. Offerors will be evaluated on the basis of the following: QUALITY OF WORK including Quality Assurance plan, EXPERIENCE in the field, FACILITIES available for this contract, KEY PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, and DELIVERY, PRICE and other factors included by the Contracting Officer.
