The work consists essentially of maintenance Services at Fishtrap Lake, Kentucky. Approximate time will be calendar year 1996 with options for second, third, fourth, and fifth years. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Management Plan; (B) Experience; (C) Equipment; and (D) Cost. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a Technical/Price competitive range and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered.
