The invitation for bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 26 April 1996, and will open on or about 28 May 1996. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed requirement contract for a base year with three option years. The IFB is unrestricted. The small business size standard is $5.0M and the Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 7011.
