Install a new styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing system over 2-1'' staggered laayers of rigid perlite insulation fastened to existing metal roof deck. The estimated period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program and is a 100% Emerging Small Business Set-Aside.
