In Lee Village, work consists of installing exterior insulating finish system (Dryvit, or approved equal) on exterior of storage sheds, installing new vents as required, installing new doors as required with hinges, thresholds, dummy knobs and hasps, painting all doors and frames, including those to remain, and install new flashing/ drip edge as required. The SIC Code is 1751/$7.0 million. The estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The performance period will be 150 calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program''.
