Scope of Work (inclusive of option) consists of but is not strictly limited to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to remove and replace tops of the dock retaining walls in Building 60, 61 and 63 that have spalled and deteriorated and replace with new concrete. Provide expansion joints between slab and dock walls. Remove and replace existing West Ramp. The completion time for this project is one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated cost range between is between $100,000 and $250,000. Specifications will be available on or about April 8, 1996. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on May 8, 1996, at 2:00 p.m. (local time). The proposed contract is being solicited on a total Small Business Set Aside basis. Bids are solicited only from small business concerns. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. Standard Industrial Classified Code is 1542 with an average gross revenue of $17 million for the last three (3) years. A Pre-Bid conference will be held prior to the bid opening date.
