Z -- JOB ORDER CONTRACTING (JOC) CONTRACT TO REPAIR OR CONSTRUCT FACILITIES AT FORT LEONARD WOOD AND THE US ARMY LAKE OZARK RECREATION AREA IN MISSOURI SOL DABT31-96-R-0002 DUE 061596 POC Contact Glenn Tate, Contract Specialist, 314-596-0255, Contracting Officer, Donald F.Blotzer Contractor shall provide, upon receipt of a delivery order, all work materials, supplies, parts (to include system components), plant, supervision, labor, and equipment (except when specified as Government-furnished), to repair or construct real property facilities and structures at the US Army Lake Ozark Recreation Area, Camdenton, Missouri and Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The Contractor shall provide all related services as specified in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits contained in any resultant contract or incorporated by reference. This is a Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity type contract. Contract is for a base year with 3 option periods starting 1 October 1996. Project is a total 8(a) set-aside. Only sources certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as an 8(a) firm may bid on this project. Proof of eligibility in the 8(a) program shall be provided with your request for the Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will not be mailed to anyone who does not provide their 8(a) eligibility status with their written request for the bid package.
