SOL DAKF06-96-B-0013 DUE 050196 POC Contract Specialist Nancy Mills (719) 526-6618 (Site Code DAKF06) Work consists of demolition and disposal of existing building structures 6252, 6253, and connecting corridors. Remove and dispose of the two-story concrete, masonry unit exterior bearing walls, wood frame interior walls, floors and roofs. The concrete foundations and all identified below grade concrete shall be removed and foundation and crawlspace backfilled to adjacent grade. Adjacent areas to the buildings along with the building site shall be graded to match adjacent grade and seed. Disconnect and cap all utilities entering the buildings. Reroute and reconnect required steam lines. This is a Unrestricted construction project and is subject to Davis Bacon. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
