Z -- MAINTENANCE DREDGING, DUXBURY HARBOR, DUXBURY, MASSACHUSETTS SOL DACW33-96-B-0022 DUE 052396 POC Jerry Nunziato, 617-647-8424 The work of this project consists of the maintenance dredging of the 8-foot channel and anchorage at Duxbury Harbor, Massachusetts. It is intended that this dredge material be removed by a mechanical bucket type dredge excavator. The Contractor will be required to conduct operations in a manner which will control, minimize, and mitigate siltation and turbidity due to overflowing, runoff, and agitation. Approximately 250,000 cy of material is to be removed. Dredged material is to be disposed of at the Cape Cod Disposal site off of Wellfleet, Massachusetts. This disposal site is approximately 21.5 nautical miles from the work site. Estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Work shall be completed within 135 calendar days.
