Lucas, Contracting Officer, (907) 384-7105 or Facsimile (907) 384-7112 (Site Code DAHC76) The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation and laboratory to pickup, identify, collect, package, label, placard, accumulate, transport to waste accumulation facility, and process disposal through the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO), manage data with Army furnished software, prepare and process all required dis- posal documents for various types of hazardous waste and TSCA substances and/or arrange for the disposal of used oil, POL and non-regulated products including but not be limited to PCBs, batteries, oil/water separator liquid/sludge at Forts Richardson, Wainwright and Greely, Alaska. Perfor- mance must comply with requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and shall be for the period 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997, with three consecutive one-year option periods that the Government may exercise in accordance with the contract terms. The contract will also contain the ''Option to Extend Services'' clause which permits the Government to extend services up to an additional six (6) months within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8999 ($5 million).
