COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF MARCH 21,1996 PSA#1556TRADE EVENT Due 050396. Contact Point, Wayne Ebenfeld, 202/482-0480,
Fax 202/482-3002. The U.S. Department of Commerce invites U.S. computer
hardware, software and peripheral firms to participate in a
video/catalog showcase at PC `96 in Melbourne, Australia, September
3-6, 1996. PC `96 Melbourne is one of Australia's largest information
technology events, held this year at the new, world-class Exhibition
Centre. PC `95 Melbourne attracted 283 exhibitors and 48,000 visitors.
This year's show will feature a full range of computer hardware,
software, peripherals, information services, publications, multimedia,
CAD, networking, training and education, communications and office
systems. Companies may participate in PC `96 by taking part in a U.S.
video/catalog showcase. This enables companies to test the market, but
spares advertising, travel and exhibiting expenses. For as little as
$450, we will display and distribute their product literature at the
show. Video presentations and software demonstrations are available for
a slightly higher fee. U.S. companies will also be listed in a separate
U.S. directory, and receive a customized list of distributors, dealers
and users interested in their products or services. To receive further
information and application materials, please phone or fax the above
listed contact point. Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0433 19960320\SP-0005.MSC)
