The purpose of this modification to synopsis, published in the 02/26/96 CBD Issue, as Record Number 1538PRT0001, is to make changes to certain information contained within the synopsis. The following changes are made, Section 1, entitled ''Contract Information'', 3rd sentence, which states, All reimbursable travel expenses will be based on the distance and travel time from the Pittsburgh District Office in Pittsburgh, Pa to the project site, is herein deleted in its entirety. Section 3, entitled, ''Selection Criteria'', Sub-criterion, entitled ''A. Professional Qualifications'', 2nd sentence, should be changed to read, (2) Firms must staff a Licensed Land Surveyor or Engineer, Photogrammetrist and Hydrographic Surveyor having the professional qualifications and specialized experience to perform and or oversee the necessary surveying and mapping work and ensure work is accomplished as required by all federal, state and local laws. (deleting the requirement for Certified Photogrammetrist and Hydrographic Surveyor). Sub-criterion,''C'', 2nd sentence should be changed to read, As a minumum, firms must staff the following personnel: licensed land surveyors and or engineers, hydrographic surveyors, survey party chiefs, instrument operators, rod/chain persons, survey technicians, survey drafters, photogrammetrist, stereoplotter operators, cartographic drafters, computer operators, photolab technicians, editor supervisor, supervisor of CADD and aerial photography personnel (deleting the requirement for Certified Photogrammetrist and Hydrographic Surveyor). Replace the last sentence of sub-criterion C, as follows, Firms must also submit a list of all personnel certifications and licenses, and significant equipment, including Internet ftp capabilities, available for use on this contract. The remainder of the synopsis text is unchanged. As a result of the changes to the synopsis, the date for the receipt of SF 254 and SF 255's is extended until 15 April 1996 at 4:00 P.M. (0079)
