Carney (Site Code W31XNJ) The contract is to rent a hydraulic (pipeline) cutterhead dredge,attendant plant and crew for maintenance dredging in the Fly Creek, Dog River, Fowl River and Fort Gaines Channels in the Mobile Alabama area. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing and operating a cutterhead pipeline dredge with pump discharge of not less than 14 inches nor more than 20 inches, complete with all necessary materials, supplies, labor and transportation including fuel, power and water. The dredge will be required to work within very shallow, narrow recreational harbors. Estimated cost of work is between$500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
