Z -- INTERIOR PAINTING & FINISHED SURFACE PREPARATION OF TWO (2) STORY FAMILY HOUSING UNITS AT THE MARINE CORPS BASE, CAMP LEJEUNE, NC SOL N62470-96-B-4835 DUE 050996 POC Contact Point, Pam Owens, (910)451-2582 The work includes providing and securing lead contaminated surface preparation and associated interior painting of family housing units, complete and ready for use. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the removal of lead contaminated paint, application of paint on interior surfaces; waxing of floors; refinishing of certain wood floors, stairs newel posts; and cabinets, repairs to walls and ceilings; and incidental related work. All work shall be performed in accordance with OSHA 1926.62. This proposed solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity type contract to be awarded for a period of one year commencing 15 days after award with a guaranteed minimum of 8% of the total estimated quantity. Estimated cost range $250,000 to $500,000. The proposed contract is unrestricted, the size standard for which a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $7,000,000.
