Z -- SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR KNMD 951003/951003-2, REPLACE UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL CABLES, HANGAR AVE, HICKAM AFB, HI SOL F64060596B0007 DUE 053096 POC MSGT Sonmez/Contracting Officer (808) 449-6860 EXT 312. Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing lead covered primary cables HC1 and HC2; replacement of associated oil switches with vacuum switchgear; and th installation of new underground ducts with new primary cables HC1 and HC2. Solicitation will be issued on or about 30 Apr 96 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Oppurtunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
