The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires a contractor to provide all labor, tools, material, and supervision necessary to remove all above-ground and most below-grade improvements and facilities that were constructed by ARS at the Freshwater Institute site in Shepherdstown, WV. The work includes, but is not limited to, dismantling, packing, and shipping 2 pre-fabricated greenhouses to another ARS site nearby; removing utility sheds, concrete slabs and foundations, effluent tanks, utility lines; backfilling and regrading.
