Additional requirements includemil-Q-9858, phosphate coating, MIL-STD-2000, & ball bearings. Re-quirements are 164 EA manual drive assembly. For use on the M1 tank. FOB is destination. MIL-Q-9858 inspection criteria required. Statistical process control is required. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY96 requirement. Estimated issue date of this so-licitation is 041096.
