Modification: The Naval Sea Systems Command originally publicized its intent to procure Improved Point Detection Systems in the Commerce Business Daily on 18 December 1995. This modification is to inform potential offerors that this Solicitation will be posted on the NAVSEA Contracts World Wide Webb home page on 20 March 1996 at the following address: http://sea02www.navsea.navy.mil/. The solicitation can be located by its solicitation number and downloaded. Attachments 1, 3, 4 and 5 to the RFP are included, but Attachments 2, 6, 7 and the exihibits (i.e., the top level drawing, TMCR, PRS and CDRL's) will not be included on the World Wide Web. A limited number of complete RFP packages will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the NAVSEA Industry Liaison Office, Room 5E40 in the Zachary Taylor Building (National Center #3) 2531 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA. Offerors that have previously requested the RFP are on the mailing list and will be mailed a copy, and therefore, need not transmit requests for the RFP or pick up a copy.
