This facility intends to purchase the following supplies: Metalux Fluorescent Fixture Two By Two Lay-In type with rapid start electronic ballasts, complete with Prismatic Lens, Part #2GS2U6T8A120VEB81, 120 Volts, 700 ea; Metalux Surface Mount Two Light, Four Foot, Fluorescent Fixture, complete with Prismatic Wrap Lens, 120 Volts, Part #W232A120VEB81, 100 ea; Fluorescent U-6, T8, Octron Tube, Color 41K, Part #PHIL FB31T8/TL741/6, 1400 ea; Fluorescent Four Foot T8, Octron Tube, Color 41K, Part #PHIL F32T8/TL741, 200 ea. All the above tubes must be energy savings or any equal. No deviations accepted on fixtures; tubes must match existing ones. Vendor must accept a credit card, delivery must be F.O.B. destination only to the loading dock at Building 17, and made 15 days after receipt of award.
