Puritan Bennett is the only known source known that can meet the Government's minimum essential requirements for this upgrade. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Firms are also requested to submit information regarding their capabilities (i.e., literature, catalogs, brochures, etc.). Firms responding to this solicitation should reference RFP 452-10-96 and indicate whether they are or are not a small business concern.
