The equipment shall provide the capability of analyzing water samples (waste water, drinking water, ground water, storm water, etc.) for the detection of low levels of elements through the process of emission spectroscopy using an inductively coupled argon plasma source, and shall consist of components and accessories necessary to meet the operational and performance criteria of the specifications; such as, an Analytical System, ICAP Polychromator including Spectrometer with emission source and optical system, Autosampler, Personal Computer (PC), Modem, Monitor, Printer, Power Unit, Accessory and Auxiliary Equipment to include Drain Bottle, Water Recirculation System, and Vacuum Pump. One each. Installation will be at the Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201. Completion time is within 180 days after date of contract award.
