This requirement provides for the acquisition of engineering services, testing and evaluation of single and multi-point slapper initiators in production and development for the STANDARD Missile Program. This effort will encompass fabrication of various slapper initiators, diagnostic testing using Visar and streak cameras, and threshold testing using the Neyer Sensitivity Testing and Analysis Routine. This requirement will be satisfied through other than full and open competition utilizing EG&G Star City Ordnance, Inc., Miamisburg, OH. See Note 22.
