The purpose of the conference is to familiarize prospective contractors with future HTRW contracting opportunities with the Louisville District as a result of the 17 January 1996 Memorandum from HQ, Corps of Engineers, concerning the Environmental Cleanup and Protection Management Plan for Military Programs.
