Support shall consist of formulation, generation, development, execution and monitoring of programs and plans related to environmental issues; perform measurements on gaseous and particulate emissions from Naval jet engines, aircraft, and other industrial processes related to Naval aviation; provide field testing of specialized equipment necessary for measuring emissions; provide analyses of speciated ambient VOC concentrations. Additional requirements shall be set forth in the RFP. Coordination with cognizant administrative regulaory agencies (i.e. Hazardous Material Management Division, Dept. of Toxic Substance Control is also required. The period of performance is the base period with four one (1) year options. Place of performance is the Naval Aviation Depot North Island, San Diego, and will also include various Naval bases and other DoD facilities. See Notes 1 and 26. (0080)
