The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure sports officiating services for the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Department of the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Willow Grove, PA. The requirement is for certified officials, time keepers, and scorekeepers for the sports of basketball, flag football, softball, volleyball, and golf in accordance with the current league schedule for each sport. Prospective officials must have current certification and written proof of training. League games are on a seven (7) day per week basis at the Willow Grove Naval Air Station at the dates, times, and locations to be specified in the official league schedule for each sport. The estimated duration of each sport's season is as follows: flag football - August through November, basketball- year round, volleyball - February through April, softball - April through August, and Golf - April through August. A firm-fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The anticipated contract will consist of a base year with a possible maximum of two one-year option periods.
