Correction: This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 3/13/96. This acquisition will be an unrestricted competitive source selection. Prime contractors who are large businesses must submit a subcontracting plan that reflects a 20% mandatory subcontracting goal in accordance with Air Force Space Command policy. In addition, a large business awardee must subcontract, to a small or small disadvantaged business, the Transportation portion of this acquisition. Prime contractors wishing to propose on this solicitation shall propose on the entire RFP requirements for both Base Supply and Transportation. Requirements shall not be split. Offerors submitting proposals on only part of the requirements (i.e. the Transportation portion only) will be considered non-responsive.
