The Naval Construction Battalion Center has a requirement to install furnishings in five story BEQ located at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. This will include meeting the vans, offloading, unpackaging, placement of furnishings, and removal and disposal of packaging materials. Delivery of furnishings will be coordinated with NCBC Shipping Department, but it is anticipated that arrival will be no later than 10 days after award of contract.
