The General Services Administration, PBS, Cultural Resource Management Division, NCR is seeking interdisciplinary teams interested in providing Integrated Art Conservator Services for the NCR. The Conservators shall: (a) Perform Mural Painting and Monumental Sculpture Conservation survey and inspection services; (b) Provide an Examination Report; (c) Provide a Treatment Proposal; (d) Provide a Treatment Report; (e) Conduct Cyclical Inspections; (f) Perform Cyclical Preventative Maintenance; (g) Develop Permanent Identification; (h) Interpretation and Public Information Services; (i) Curatorial research; (j) Damage Mitigation; (k) Disaster Mitigation; and (l) education and training. The solicitation will be set-aside for small business. The work will be performed in the NCR which encompasses Washington, D.C., Maryland (Montgomery and Prince George's counties) and Virginia (Fairfax, Loudon, Prince William and Arlington Counties, and the Cities of Fairfax, Falls Church, and Alexandria). Teams must have a productive office located within the NCR within 30 days of award. GSA intends to award multiple contracts as a result of the solicitation. The contract period of performance is for one base year and four one-year options. An indefinite quantity contract will be awarded from the solicitation. The base year work may include 10 mural treatments and 11 sculpture treatments in the Ariel Rios Federal Building, Washington, DC, inventory inspection, 5 sculpture surveys, and design of identification, public information and interpretation region-wide.
