A. Bond, Contracting Officer. The Department of Labor, Employment and
Training Administration (DOL/ETA) is soliciting proposals for the
provision of statistical and analytical support needed to update
performance standards for programs funded under the Job Training
Partnership ACT (JTPA), development of new performance measurement
systems for programs emerging from successor legislation, and the
maintenance of a national evaluative database derived from federally
required participant reporting. The period of performance for the
prospective award will be 24 months from the date of contract
execution. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside with a
SIC code of 8742 and a $5 million size standard. Request for Proposals
will be available upon written request only, approximately 15 days
from the date of publication, on a first come, first-served basis until
the supply is exhausted. Telephone requests will not be honored. For
requests after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may
determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The fee will not
exceed the actual cost of duplication of the solicitation documents.
Closing date for receipt of proposals will be May 10, 1996 at 2:00 p.m.
local time. Requests must cite RFP-DAA-96-38 and must include two self
addressed labels. Failure to enclose labels may cause delay in receipt
