R -- SPONSORSHIP/IN KIND DONATIONS FOR CRUD TOURNAMENTS SOL SVS-SCS-73-96. Due 090196. POC Shena Jones, 907/552-5900, FAX 907/552-9750. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for our Fall and Summer Crud Tournaments to be held October 1996, January-March 1997 at the Officers' Club. These tournaments will be open to all eligible members of the Officers' Club. We are asking for sponsorship/in-kind donations of $1000.00 to cover the expenses for these tournaments. We would like to have t-shirts, 50 for each tournament total of 150, for the participates with the tournament logo printed on them, eight individual trophies each tournament for a total of 24, and other prizes and give aways for the participates and spectators. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 September 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government. (078)
