U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) requires multi-disciplinary
Architect-Engineer Services as an indefinite-quantity contract on an
as-needed basis in the states of CA, HI, ID, NV, OR and WA for the
maintenance and/or rehabilitation of facilities on National Fish
Hatcheries, National Wildlife Refuges and other USFWS field stations.
Services required include: (1) the preparation of planning reports
and/or documents, (2) preparation of plans, specifications, bidding
schedules and cost estimates, (3) computer-aided drafting services
and/or (4) construction management services. Contractual period will be
Oct 1, 1996, to Sept 30, 1997, with four one-year options, each
extending from October 1 through September 30 starting in 1997 and
ending in 2001. The total annual fee for this contract will not exceed
$250,000. See Numbered Note 24 for evaluation criteria. Interested
