(FPI) Pursuant to legislative requirements, 18 U.S.C., Section 4122, FPI announces the availability of a study assessing the impact of a proposal for FPI to begin production of aluminum and steel shipping and storage containers. Individuals wishing to submit comments in response to the study must do so within 45 days of the publication of this notice.
