The Umatilla National Forest will be soliciting bids for the rental of an excavator, dump trucks, crawler loaders and drill, all fully operated. There is an estimated 400 hours of work for the excavator. Work will begin 6/1/96 and be completed by 10/1/96. The equipment will be operated part of the time in up to two feet of water and in rough terrain. Work will be performed on the Umatilla National Forest in Northeastern Oregon and Southeastern Washington. Bonding is required. See Numbered Notes 1 and 3. (078)
