Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Village and town of Randolph, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Jamestown St; on the east by the intersection of Weeden and Conewango Sts; on the south by Main St; and on the west by the intersection of Fifth and Main Sts. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 4,300 sf with 15 customer parking spaces, 17 employee spaces and 2 handicap spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 4,300 sf on a site size of about 71,600 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space. Proposals will be received through April 19, 1996 and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
