lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be
constructed in the Town of Stockton, NY 14784-9998. The preferred area
is bounded as follows: on the north by Mill St; on the east by Nelson
Hill Rd; on the south by Lord Rd; and on the west by Mill St. Space
requirements are for either existing space of about 1,200 sf with 10
customer parking spaces, 3 employee spaces and 2 handicap spaces or,
for a new construction leased facility, about 1,200 sf on a site size
of about 26,600 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is
for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for
new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing
or renovated space. Proposals will be received through April 19, 1996,
and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in
accordance with the official advertisement for space. Solicitation
packages may be purchased by sending a non-refundable cashier's check
or money order made payable to ''Disbursing Officer, USPS'' in the
