Description of Work: Furnish all services, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to repair four roofs at Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point. (1) Visitor's Center (Building 34): Add hyperlon coating over existing membrane roofing. (2) Fire Station (Building 17): Remove existing shingle and built-up roofing. Add nailbase insulation and new shingle roofing. (3) Truck Inspection Facility (Building 101): Remove existing parapet coping. Add new metal coping, PT blocking, counterflashing, etc. at parapet. Provide cricket at mechanical equipment curb. Add hyperlon coating over existing membrane roofing. (4) North Wharf Administration Building: Remove existing built-up roofing, underlayment, insulation, etc. Add new insulation/underlayment over existing deck, and cover with membrane roofing. Provide new crickets, blocking, flashing, etc. as required. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $100,000 to $250,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $30. Make check payable to F&A Officer. Solicitation documents will be available April 10, 1996 (approx.).
