Bishop (717) 948-2360. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to demolish a Refueler Building and construct a new Refueler Vehicle Maintenance Shop. The complete project will be a new single story 1,700 SF building to be utilized for the maintenance and repair of refueling vehicles. The work include demolition of the existing reinforced masonry building, sitework to situate the new building, extension of utilities and services, connection of systems to other facilities, fencing, asphalt paving, concrete and reinforced masonry wall construction, steel joist and rubber membrane roofing, fire protection, heating and ventilating systems, plumbing, explosion prevention systems, electrical power and lighting systems. Demolition on existing building will not proceed until the new building is placed into service. This project is located at the Pennsylvania Air National Guard Facility at Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown, Pennsylvania. Estimated project range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
