Eglin AFB has a requirement for the construction of a prefabricated metal building for Bldg. 150. Bid opening date of 17 May 96 is only an estimated date. Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and performing all operations in connection with construction of a prefabricated metal building. In general the work will consist of removal of certain existing items, preparation of building site, construction of reinforced concrete foundations and the construction of a prefabricated metal building. The performance time will be 90 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business. Solicitation packages are available at a $20.00 charge. All requests must be submitted in writing.
