Building N210 is an historical 1940's era hanger converted to laboratory and office use. The work includes architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protec tion, plumbing systems, and landscaping. The work also includes hazardous waste removal of asbestos, lead paint and transformers containing PCBs. There are three additive items which include interior work for a new second floor computer lab facility of approximately 240 gross square meters, a new two story computer lab facility of approximately 380 gross square meters to be located adjacent to the northeast corner of the hanger, and all raised computer flooring (approximately 240 gross square meters) for the new two story computer lab facility. This project is designed in SI(metric) units. The project is located at Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA. The magnitude of con struction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance is 365 calendar days. There will be a non-refund able charge of $60 for each set of plans and specifications. Make check payable to: DMJM, Inc.
